Pair of Barley Twist Brass Candlesticks
£45.00
Details & condition
A matched pair of tall brass candlesticks with open barley-twist stems and stepped circular bases. The original brighter gold-toned finish has worn extensively, revealing mellowed brass beneath and creating a strongly aged surface.
Dimensions: 26 cm high.
Condition: Structurally very good and standing straight. Extensive rubbing and loss to the surface finish is present throughout, particularly around the candle cups and edges, as shown in the photographs.
