As many Forth & Found pieces are vintage, antique, fragile or one of a kind, particular care is taken when packing each order. Tracking details will be provided once your order is on its way, where applicable.

Larger, unusually heavy or particularly fragile pieces may require alternative delivery arrangements. Where this applies, it will be made clear on the individual product listing or agreed with you before dispatch.

If an order arrives damaged, please keep the item and its packaging and contact hello@forthandfoundvintiques.co.uk as soon as possible, ideally including photographs, so I can resolve the issue.
